Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to work directly with the founder and establish the HR function within the organization. This role is pivotal in building and implementing HR policies and systems that will drive employee retention, engagement, and overall business success. The Head of HR will be responsible for leading the HR department, overseeing recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations, all while scaling the firm’s workforce to meet its expanding needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience and retention.

Lead and scale the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

Design and manage employee benefits programs, compensation strategies, and retention initiatives.

Establish performance management processes to foster employee growth and align with business goals.

Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.

Collaborate with the leadership team to create a culture that aligns with the firm’s vision and values.

Oversee HR technology systems to streamline processes and improve data management.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in building HR functions for growing businesses.

Proven track record of implementing HR systems and policies that drive business success.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and best practices.

Experience in managing recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
