Process Engineer

Currently, StaffBright has a great Process Engineer opportunity in the Warren, MI area. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in process engineering and continuous improvement to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about driving production efficiency and quality.

What You Will Be Doing:

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes using data-driven methodologies.

Analyze production data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues.

Document and standardize work instructions, process flows, and best practices.

Support the launch of new products and technologies by designing scalable and efficient production processes.

What We Need From You:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

3+ years of experience in process engineering or a related role

Strong background in process improvement methodologies

Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across departments

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field required)
