The Senior Account Manager is responsible for prospecting and managing new customers in the HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes) channels.
Bonus
Up to $9,000 per year in quarterly incentives.
Sales Territory
Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY with focus on high-visibility areas and key demographical areas (Midtown, DUMBO, Williamsburg, etc.)
Responsibilities
Grow the On-Premise business through influential leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Generate demand for premium portfolio (Glass Bottles; Topo Chico; Aluminum Smart Water, etc.) in the On-Premise channels (Fine Dining, Premium Bars, Hotels, Gyms/Sport Academies, Country Clubs).
Work with the sales leadership and cross-functionally with other departments.
Develop, align and execute business plans that will generate demand for Liberty’s premium portfolio.
Build On-Premise capabilities: Perfect Pour Training, Premium Point of Sale Material for Activation (create a perfect store execution for night life consumer occasion), Incentives for Bartenders, etc.
Leverage beverage industry contacts and maintain ongoing relationships with key decision-makers.
Use interpersonal skills to act as a liaison with stakeholders: sales team, commercial, operations, etc.
Partners with customers to develop and introduce a sales plan that will generate the desired growths in volume and profitability.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 5 years of beverages sales (alcohol, SSD, DSD preferred) working with a multi-brand portfolio.
Skills: Self-starter, results-oriented, strong in communication & exerting influence, good in commercial planning & forecasting, dynamic and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Some financial acumen in understanding/crafting CMA's and working with management on showing ROI when building contracts.
Computer Literacy: proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
