Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Responsibilities:
HR Compliance & Labor Law – Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across all U.S. states where the company operates. Stay up to date with evolving employment regulations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations – Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
Recruitment & Onboarding – Support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Payroll & Benefits Administration – Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Performance Management – Support managers with performance evaluations, coaching, and development plans to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Training & Development – Develop and coordinate training programs to support employee growth and compliance with workplace regulations.
HR Data & Reporting – Maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Cross-Cultural Communication – Work closely with teams in China and the U.S., bridging cultural and language gaps to facilitate smooth collaboration.
Work Visa & Immigration Support – Assist in handling work visa applications, renewals, and compliance for international employees.
HR Projects & Initiatives – Lead or participate in HR-related projects, such as diversity & inclusion initiatives and policy updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin .
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a high level of cultural awareness.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
