We are seeking an experienced ISO Manager to expand and strengthen our broker network. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with at least one year of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) space.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively sign up and onboard new ISO partners, ensuring a smooth integration process and clear understanding of our funding programs.

Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with ISOs by maintaining consistent communication and providing exceptional support.

Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Processing, and Management teams to ensure files are evaluated accurately, offers are delivered quickly, and deals are funded efficiently.

Identify high-performing ISOs and develop strategies to increase deal flow and optimize performance.

Act as a knowledgeable resource to ISOs regarding deal structuring, qualification criteria, and the overall funding process.

Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction by maintaining responsive, ethical, and transparent communicationat all stages of the funding cycle.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the MCA industry working for a reputable direct funder.

A proven book of active ISO relationships.

Strong understanding of the MCA space, particularly B-C paper.

Professional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
