YOUR MISSION:

Engineering and Project Management

Ensure compliance with key performance indicators: safety, budget, quality, and deadlines

Technical Control and Compliance

Review and validate engineering documents at each project phase

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Review and approve policies, standards, and procedures for mechanical design

Optimization and Continuous Improvement

Identify and resolve technical issues

Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

Analyze engineering proposals and recommend optimized solutions

Team and Resource Management

Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians

Develop resource plans to ensure project sustainability and growth

Maintain and strengthen client relationships

Plan, organize, and coordinate all necessary resources

Manage all engineering activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Oil & Gas Experience (Mandatory)

Minimum of 10 years of experience on major EPCM projects

Mandatory Bilingualism

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

P. Eng. Certification (Mandatory)

Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Canada
