Lead the collections team in developing strategy, driving execution, and ensuring productivity for medical account balances, including prompt follow-up and resolution of underpayments, overpayments, and denied claims.

Drive continuous process improvement to enhance team efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness across all workflows.

Manage daily operations by coordinating workflows, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Monitor team productivity and maintain accurate data across various electronic systems through regular data entry, tracking, and audits.

Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient information.

Maintain a flexible schedule as needed to support operations across multiple time zones, including West Coast coverage.

Supporting authorization specialists to ensure timely receipt, renewal, and follow-up of pre-authorizations, enabling practitioners to provide uninterrupted care.

Overseeing client collections by guiding the specialist in patient invoicing, handling inquiries and complaints, and assisting in developing payment plans when needed.

Managing billing functions, including timely submission and re-submission of claims, and keeping the team informed of updates to payer-specific billing guidelines.

Supervising credentialing processes to ensure all required documentation is submitted and maintained for over 50 funding sources, while monitoring re-credentialing timelines and payer requirements for the company.
