POSITION TITLE: Creative Graphic Artist / Social Media Content Specialist

REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

EXEMPTION STATUS: Full-time, Non-Exempt Hourly

DATE: April 2025

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can independently manage and execute a variety of tasks, from content creation to administrative support. This role requires someone who can handle a high volume of before-and-after photos, compile and organize records, and assist with website content updates. The ideal candidate is proficient in video editing, comfortable capturing high-quality visuals in a clinical setting, and able to balance creativity with brand integrity. They must be proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of completing assigned tasks efficiently despite distractions and competing priorities. Adaptability, time management, and a strong ability to follow through on responsibilities are key to success in this fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Capture & Patient Visuals

Capture content from surgeries, in-office procedures, patient testimonials, product shots, etc.

Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.

Take patient photos in treatment rooms and in the photography studio, in compliance with SOP guidelines.

Follow patient photo archiving processes and adhere to strict photo-imaging protocols.

Assist with patient photos, including creating “Penis BAs” (before and afters) and transition BAs showing progressive results after 3–6 treatments.

Create penis BA videos by combining recent video footage with initial stills to highlight transformation.

Assist with filming days and production needs for social content or clinical documentation.

Video & Design Editing

Edit and create engaging and visually appealing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other editing software.

Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects into videos.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.

Create basic BAs for the website or ad hoc internal needs (e.g. for Dr. Emer or Jose).

Graphic design experience is a plus; support creation of graphic and image assets for posts and stories.

Content Management & Posting

Share content to social media platforms as delegated in the daily social media meeting.

Post and monitor content on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, RealSelf, Yelp, and LinkedIn.

Download IG Lives and upload to the correct patient database folder.

Monitor platform inboxes and respond to inquiries, comments, and DMs on Instagram and TikTok in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

Ensure all content is posted accurately and by its deadline.

Double-check all work before submitting to the team manager for review or posting.

File Management & Archiving

Ensure everything is properly archived in DB, EMA, server, and MAV systems.

Make sure the “Male Down Under” tracking sheet is kept up to date:

Update number of treatments when current patients return.

Add new patients and link their photo/video content to the correct DB BA folder.

Administrative & Workflow Management

Attend daily social media team meetings and execute assigned daily tasks.

Manage emails and Airtable tasks professionally and promptly.

Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Be a team player—flexible and willing to support tasks outside outlined job duties when needed.

Content Creation & Strategy

Write attention-grabbing captions and build stories across social platforms.

Support content creation using Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools.

Take on light content creation tasks weekly, including for feed, stories, or the website.

Monitor and manage online reputation via comments, DMs, reviews, and account activity across platforms.

Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Suggest and test new features and content types to help optimize performance and engagement.

Additional Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Proficient in CapCut

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.

Experience in photography and photo editing is a plus

Working understanding of all major social media platforms (IG, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Yelp, Google Business, RealSelf, etc.)

Graphic design experience is a plus but not required

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet fast-paced deadlines
