Order Picker and Packer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Picker and Packer to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each order reaches our customers in perfect condition.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Basic computer skills for managing order systems

Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products from inventory according to customer orders

Carefully pack items to ensure they are protected during shipping

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking shelves

Ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines

Report any issues with inventory or packing to the supervisor
