Lead Solutions Architect - Oracle CPQ Cloud

We are seeing remarkable growth in the past few years; Forsys is headquartered in Milpitas California, with offices in Austin Texas and Hyderabad, India.

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Solutions Architect - Oracle CPQ Cloud to lead end-to-end CPQ implementations, drive solution design, and align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud, integration with CRM/ERP systems, and the ability to guide customers through digital transformation in the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead Requirement Gathering Workshop sessions and map out the AS-IS and TO-BE Process.

Recommend Industry standard best practices on Quote to Cash Processes that include Product Modelling, Pricing and Discount Strategies, Quote, Order and Renewal Processes.

Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects

Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements

Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive CPQ Cloud implementations

Guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution

Provide mentorship, training and supervise developers and work with Global teams for delivery

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites

Able to manage multiple activities across multiple projects simultaneously

Specifications

Should have 10+ experience as a Solution Architect with at least 3 Oracle CPQ Cloud End-to-End Implementation Projects

Oracle Certified CPQ Cloud Implementation Professional

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

Functional Expertise in Sales Processes, Product Modelling Techniques, Pricing and Discounting Models, Quote, Order and Renewal Processes.

Experience in hands-on design, Product Configurations, Pricing Models, and Quoting workflows.

Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Strong Communication Skills.

Hands on and Passionate to learn new technologies and tools as required in the Project Implementation.

Expertise and experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud Quoting/Ordering Tools or Custom Solutions

If MBA, should have at least their bachelor’s in Computer science or relevant Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or relevant

Travel to client locations may be necessary at times.

Should be open to working long hours as part of project delivery
