Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at GLOMO®. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the global mobility industry. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and coordinating the hiring process with clients. The recruiter will also have the opportunity to support business development efforts and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

Experience in talent recruitment and selection

Knowledge of the global mobility industry is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in using recruitment software and tools

Experience in business development and sales is a plus
