HR Generalist
Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid flexibility)

Role Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that HR programs and processes align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR practices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment while helping to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
Support performance management and employee development processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist with employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Maintain HR records and ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data.
Help implement HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
