Program Manager-MFGI

Overview: The Program Manager will provide leadership, strategic and technical direction in support of the Mobilization Force Generation Installation (MFGI) program. MFGI provides personal and non-personal support in coordination with Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) with primary support to Fort Bliss Mobilization and Demobilization (MOB/DEMOB), Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), Conus Replacement Center (CRC), Separation and Physical History Examinations (SHPE) and secondary support to WBAMC and outlying clinics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide operational oversight and excellence.
Responsible for the overall execution and administration of the program.
Functions as SRI's primary point of contact to the COR and Contracting Officer.
Responsible for the satisfactory supervision of staff members, including verifying attendance and upholding the work requirements of all personnel assigned under the contract. Minimum Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:
At least ten (10) years of project management experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing methodologies and approaches of projects
At least 5 years of experience managing Federal Government contracts that provided medical and clinical support services.
Experienced in reading, understanding, and applying Government policies and procedures.
Must have strong analytical skills, time management, and be an independent thinker.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and speak fluent English.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by the Department of Education (DoE) in business, management, or related field of study.
Must have at least a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check/Tier 1 Security Investigation. Attributes & Professional Qualities

**Degree issuing institution and or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education** 1. Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited school reviewed by the Department of Education, in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Public Health or a related field. 2. Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a complex health care setting as an administrator with strong business and management skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired
