In support of the successful growth of the BenQ Business Projector line of business, we are looking for an EB2B Customer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting the sales team by listening and helping customers to understand their needs, then developing and implementing strategies to build awareness and position for the BenQ Business projectors in the North American market. This role will align with and report directly to the line of business head regarding the business vision, direction, and strategies of the business projectors and InstaShow Wireless Presentation Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leverage inbound marketing tools to learn customer needs with projector and wireless presentation systems to capture relevant trends and topics for tactical and strategic marketing plans
Learn the relevant product details of BenQ projectors and be able to Translate them into sustainable customer benefits that create a competitive advantage for BenQ projectors
Collaborate with product management and sales to create and execute marketing plans and outbound communications, including messaging, product launches, and campaign strategies
Manage, execute, and measure online and offline marketing strategy and marketing plan with respect to product launches and promotions that include developing digital assets such as content and influencer reviews, digital and social marketing campaigns, email marketing, and events
Turn customer questions and needs into dynamic content that differentiates our products in the market and turns value propositions into effective communications. Content includes product descriptions, datasheets, case studies, videos, graphics, landing pages, email templates, infographics, white papers, blog articles, etc.
Work with marketing and sales to execute and continuously improve marketing automation campaigns and programs in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing and lead generation
Conduct keyword research and analyze website traffic to identify optimization opportunities
Develop effective social listening tools using social media, BenQ site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting to leverage new marketing opportunities
Manage all public relations efforts, channel marketing, and influencer programs. Track and determine the effectiveness and resulting sales
Support events and the development of thought-leadership initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, and other PR opportunities
Own the launch and support of multiple technical products, including product positioning and development of marketing briefs
Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools and recommend improvements
Assist in developing channel marketing content and online presence to communicate our value to our reseller partners
Understand and establish budgets and finance, including expenditures, in line with group sales performance and annual strategic goals; regularly review and adapt to business circumstances Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
5+ years of experience in a relevant B2B digital or product marketing discipline, including lead generation, management, and marketing automation
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages - article writing a plus
Content Management System experience - Adobe Experience Manager a plus
Strategic, analytic, and creative judgment skills
Handles fast-paced environment, reacts to digital data, makes changes
Work well with teams including interdepartmental teams in the US and HQ
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
A wide degree of creativity with an understanding of working with global branding guidelines
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management and teamwork
Detail-oriented and able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently Competent in SEO/SEM with strong analytical skills
HubSpot experience in creating emails, landing pages, and drip campaign process flow.
Salesforce or other CRM customer management experience
Excellent business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) Must be flexible, innovative, highly motivated with a hunter mentality, results-driven, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision to achieve stated goals
Superior communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives Education:
Bachelor's degree required: Business, Marketing and Communications, or related field preferred
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus
