RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for performing Fitness Evaluations on potential clients.

Management of TrueCoach which is our online platform to manage our clients.

Reach out to potential clients weekly by eitehr calling, emailing, or meeting in person to scheudle Fitness Evaluation.

Greeting patients, clients and visitors in a professional manner

Teach and monitor clients performing exercises

Accurate and efficient sales package entry, scheduling and client profile creation into Mindbody.

Working with the front desk staff to optimize fitness evaluation process.

Disinfect and maintain facility and equipment

Recording of videos for marketing

Regularly communicate with clients, staff, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environment

Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree

CPT Certification

CSCS preferred

Previous Experience preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Familiarity using MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
