SUMMARY: The position of Project Manager will provide oversight on the janitorial operations and cultivate tenant relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Will work in close contact with the on-site management and client contacts to ensure long-term successful relationship with clients are achieved.
* Supervise, facilitate and coordinate key personnel and operational processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Provide daily administrative oversight of the project including all internal business functions: budgeting, accounting, human resources and facilities support.
* Procure tenant direct service agreements.
* Manage work order system for tenant requests.
* Complete all quality control programs (assurance and safety) in accordance with company guidelines.
* Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance.
* Review employee performance with ability to execute progressive discipline process.
* Make recommendations to Building Management for additional cleaning and or special projects as needed.
* Communicate all information and incidents concerning building/staffing/cleaning/tenant issues to Building Management.
* Address and prepare building for inclement weather conditions as needed (weather mats, snow removal, etc). * Respond to building emergencies as needed.
