Service Scheduling Coordinator and/or BDC Representative Responsibilities
Handle all incoming email, phone, text, and online chat leads related to service, body shop, and parts
Responsible for making outbound calls to recent and potential service department customers
Assist with coordinating means of transportation via Rental Cars, Shuttles, or Concierge Service
Help contract customers in Rental Cars, prep vehicles for rent, and perform walk around vehicle check-ins
Utilize CRM databases to track outbound communication with customers
Calling customers to check on Customer Satisfaction with their visit, Safety Recalls, Appointment Reminders, and other types of calls
Educate self on latest service & product offerings, including pricing and monthly specials
Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Service BDC Representative Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Tech-savvy and experience with a CRM or the ability to quickly learn new software
Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high workload
Team player attitude
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Able to multitask
Must be able to type very fast
Previous appointment scheduling and customer service experience is preferred
Prior automotive experience is preferred
