Therapeutic Counseling - Lead individual and group counseling sessions using positive, evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support student growth.
Individualized Planning - Develop and implement personalized IEP goals and behavior/treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
Confidentiality Compliance - Uphold strict student confidentiality in alignment with agency policy, FERPA/HIPAA regulations, and professional ethics.
Staff Collaboration - Foster strong, confidential therapeutic relationships between staff and students while offering recommendations for improvement.
Progress Documentation - Maintain daily service logs aligned with IEP goals and ensure timely completion of required reports.
Consistent Routine - Work a steady weekday schedule aligned with the school calendar-no nights or weekends required. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Proven experience as a Counselor, Therapist or Social Worker.
Licensed in Counseling, Social Work or Therapy
Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
