Salary: $32-40

WRS has immediate openings for a Mechanic with at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Your Responsibilities

Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.

Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.

Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.

Performs routine maintenance (engine, hydraulic, coolant, transmission & differential services) on a variety of equipment.

Re-orders parts from local vendors as needed. Maintains current parts inventory.

Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.

Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.

Repairs or replaces defective parts.

Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.

Lubricates and greases equipment when needed.

Sets up and operates welder, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.

Completes repair orders for all completed tasks and includes all parts used.

Swing shift required(2:00PM-12:00AM).

Your Experience & Qualifications

5 years experience

CDL and TWIC cards not required, but preferred
