Data Entry Clerk

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a professional services organization near Robinson/Moon area searching for a Data Entry Clerk to support the accounting team on a temporary basis.

Candidate will be responsible for:

Data entry of external systems into operational and ERP systems

Review and analysis of emails prior to being sent

Confirmation of proper documentation attached to each email prior to being send to external client

Other duties as assigned Candidate should have the following background:

1+ years of data entry / professional experience in a back office or accounting department

Ability to work on Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to pick up new tasks quickly

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work interdepartmentally and make changes on the fly
