Sr. Project Manager

HiFyve is hiring a Sr. Project Manager - CRE, in the High-Tech Manufacturing industry in Fairfield County, CT!

Salary: $165k to $175K

Bonus: Up to 20% annually

Relocation: Relocation Assistance, Accommodation, and Resources Available

Location: Wilton, CT (Onsite)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Complex and Technical real estate projects for an advanced electronic manufacturing facility

Management of construction and renovation of facilities

Partner with Civil and Structural projects for commissioning and delivery

Drive cross functional department collaboration between REDS, Facilities, EHS, and Procurement

Take full ownership of Project Financials

Vetting, Selection, and Management of contractors across all activities tied to CRE projects at the campus

Take full ownership of Project Scope, Quality, Progress, and Completions for total delivery and results Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree within the Engineering Discipline required

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum 8 years experience in managing large scale CRE Projects in excess of $500MM

Ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary teams of Direct and Indirect Reports

Past Demonstration of advanced stakeholder collaboration including:

External Business Partners and Investors

Competence

Maintenance

RE Dev + Strategy

EHS

Procurement + Finance

Subject Matter Expertise in the following categories:

Cleanroom Construction

HVAC and Utility systems commissioning and infrastructure delivery for manufacturing environments

Civil, Structural, and Site Development for space maximization and optimization
