Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital

Trauma: Level 1 (16 bed ED)

Schedule: Dates: April 21-22, May 3-4, 18, 24, 28, 2022

7:00pm-7:00am

Assignment: ED

Will respond to House Codes.
