Sales Representative (D2D) - Smart Home Security

Full-Time Commission-Based

Compensation:

$300–$700 per sale (based on package sold)

Uncapped earning potential

Leadership track available

What You’ll Do:

Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage potential customers at the door

Present smart home security packages (panel, cameras, sensors, automation)

Educate homeowners on the benefits of ADT monitoring & Google Nest products

Close deals on the spot and schedule installations

Track activity and manage pipeline in CRM

Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence

Who You Are:

Ambitious and money-motivated

Comfortable working commission-only in a performance-based role

Previous sales or D2D experience a huge plus (solar, pest, home security, etc.)

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

Able to work evenings and weekends (when people are home)

Strong communicator and closer

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
