A summary of what we are looking for?
We are looking for a Communication Coordinator who will be responsible for writing copy for the company, the “Clear Touch Experience” online community and app. This position will also manage our social media platforms as well as executing social media and email campaigns to grow and analyze the brand’s online presence. This position is an invaluable member of the marketing and events teams as thier support and contribution is necessary to lend support to the brands of Clear Touch, Clear Digital, in addition to collaborating with the NUITEQ team. As a key member of the marketing team, this position will report directly and work closely with the Marketing Manager in realizing the vision and strategic priorities set by the company’s mission and strategic goals.
Requirements
You will be overseeing the following essential responsibilities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Copywriting
Copywriting for website, social media, press releases, and blog posts utilizing appropriate SEO keywords, hashtags, and formatting
Create copy, submit applications, and track award applications for relevant industry awards
Manage Clear Touch Experience Platform/App (via Mighty Network)
Be the voice/face of the Clear Touch Experience platform by engaging with community members, running giveaways, and special announcements
Schedule, coordinate, and host regular “Tech Talk” and “Teacher Talk” and "Teacher Talk" live webinars in the Clear Touch Experience
Execute and set up the online experiences for digital content strategies, including administrative duties for our online community and app (the Clear Touch Experience) and other social media channels.
Operate, maintain, and expand our online community (the Clear Touch Experience) via Mighty Networks.
Engage members in the Clear Touch Experience community/app and implement strategies to increase member count and engagement
Manage Social Media Platforms, Social Media Campaigns, and Email Campaigns
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and additional relevant channels
Assist with creating branded content and graphics for social media pages
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry from industry leaders, existing leads, and new customers
Create email campaigns and operate our Mailchimp account
Grow & Analyze Online Brand Presence via SEO and advertisements
Utilize SEO/SEM to monitor, test, and optimize bidding strategies across all major search engines
Schedule social media and Clear Touch Experience posts through Hootsuite
Perform campaign set-up of paid search campaigns across all major search engines
Assist with social media calendar planning
Implement and improve account management processes such as ad creation, keyword generation, landing page selection, and ad copy testing
Assist paid search marketing by constantly thinking about ways to improve the program using tools and automation whenever possible
Run campaigns and drip campaigns utilizing Campaign Monitor
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
Support & Contribute to Marketing & Events Team
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand standards
Present new ideas and research to internal and external marketing teams
Edit and create layouts and content for the website via Wordpress utilizing Beaver Builder plugin
Push out key product initiatives, product and brand launches, weekly promotions, and new content strategies
Establish efficient processes and workflows to enable consistent quality
Occasionally assist events and marketing team with building, takedown, and storage of event marketing materials
You will catch our eye if you have the following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or other related fields OR 2 years of experience in the related field
2-4 years of experience in social media marketing
2-4 years of experience copywriting
Extra points will be given if you have the following skills and experiences:
Experience with SEO (search engine optimization)
Experience with Google Suite and Hootsuite (or similar)
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media advertising preferred
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred
Understanding of appropriate technology platforms systems
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues, and provide creative solutions
Self-motivated, team player with strong people skills
Ability to meet deadlines and respond to critical requests as appropriate
Experience with community platforms is a plus
Knowledge of HTML, CCS, WordPress, and JavaScript a plus
The following physical and working conditions of this position includes the following:
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, grasping, typing, talking, hearing.
Driving (sprinter van) on occasions.
Heavy acuity is required in this position.
Sedentary work exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; driving; participation in a variety of activities in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
Up to 10% travel to meetings and activities throughout the region with the possibility of overnight stays periodic and scheduled in advance.
There is no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions with the exception of weather-related travel conditions.
The hiring range for this position is $19.23 - $21.63 hourly depending on experience.
