Pay: $22 - $25 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
The Structural Welder is responsible for welding, cutting, shaping, and fabricating metal structures and components according to technical drawings and blueprints. The role requires a strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to operate various welding tools and equipment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on metal structures such as platforms, mezzanines, and stairs.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately follow technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precision.
Structural Assembly: Construct, assemble, and inspect fabricated components for structural integrity.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain welding machines, tools, and fabrication equipment.
Quality Control & Inspections: Perform weld inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and specifications.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and OSHA regulations in a welding environment.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair welding and fabrication defects and equipment malfunctions.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience in a structural or industrial setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 40 lbs. independently.
Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a welding environment.
Other Requirements:
Clean drug screen & background check.
Must own steel-toe boots.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
