Salary: $85,000-$110,000 + Bonus Potential and Sign On Bonus

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Be well versed in all scopes, systems, and assemblies including site work, structural, concrete, enclosure, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Schedule and coordinate work activities to ensure project goals are achieved.

Manage all subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure material are delivered as scheduled and sufficient labor is provided to support the project schedule.

Actively manage risk, safety, and quality to ensure expectations are met.

Regularly provide project reports, documentation, technical assistance, support, and collaboration

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering

5+ years experience or an equivalent of 10+ years of experience

Has Commercial Multi- Family Construction experience.

Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Direct procurement, scheduling, and supervision of the project

Staff oversight and mentoring

Risk management, safety, and quality control

Lead weekly construction coordination meetings for each project

Read and interpret specifications and plans

Examine and inspect site and work progress and quality daily

Conduct weekly safety meetings and safety audits to ensure work is performed safely

Ensure the submission of field reports documenting personnel, production, safety, and quality performance

Provide ongoing reporting

Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties

Assist with business development initiatives to secure future projects

Coordinate required inspections with local authorities

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In office setting Travel Required (50% - 75%)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position involves occasional sitting, bending, walking, and lifting

Must visit multiple construction job sites, which may expose the employee to uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures

Must be able to move around prospective or current project sites
