Job Description:

Global Talent Outsourcing is hiring CSR/ Sales Executives / Sales Representatives for our Client. You will be responsible for assisting US-based customers via outbound calls and cold calling, resolving their queries, and providing accurate solutions.

We are looking for candidates who have prior experience handling international customers and possess strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and engage in cold calling.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong persuasion skills.

Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

Meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Keep up with industry trends and best practices.

Provide management with reports on customer needs, interests, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of sales/call center experience.

Fluent English communication skills (US Accent preferred).

Experience in working with US clients/markets.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation, selling, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
