About the Role:

The MHS I, Screener plays a crucial role in the Health Care Services industry by ensuring that patients receive appropriate assessments and screenings upon their arrival. This position is responsible for conducting initial evaluations to determine the mental health needs of individuals, thereby facilitating timely and effective care. The Screener will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on the assessments conducted. By accurately identifying patients' needs, the Screener contributes to improved patient outcomes and overall satisfaction with the health care services provided. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities:
