What You’ll Do
Lead Your Team
Build a team that’s dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
Coach and develop team members so they feel confident and supported.

Run the Store
Ensure the store is clean, welcoming, well-stocked, and operating smoothly.
Follow food safety and cash handling standards with precision.
Solve problems as they come up—and help your team do the same.
Own Performance
Keep labor, food cost, and productivity on target through smart scheduling and coaching.
Stay on top of inventory and waste—know your numbers and how to adjust.
Improve sales by focusing on great service and a clean, well-run store.
Create a Positive Culture
Set the tone for your store’s culture—upbeat, respectful, and team-first.
Address issues early with professionalism and clarity.
Recognize hard work and celebrate wins, big and small.
Make a Local Impact
Be involved in your community—get creative with local marketing and outreach.

Nice-to-Have Experience (but not required)
Leadership in a restaurant, retail, or customer service setting.
Familiarity with POS systems, food safety, scheduling, or inventory.
