Bross Street Assisted Living is looking for a dedicated Care Provider to support a small community of older adults in our downtown Longmont home. Our residents value their independence and we are looking for caregivers who will support them in their daily routines while keeping their dignity and self-worth at the forefront. A COVID-19 vaccine is required for this position.

Duties and responsibilities:
Fostering an independent living environment for aging adults through person-centered care
On-going communication and care plan development with team members, administrator, residents, and family members
Supporting residents with activities of daily living including:
Medication administration
Meal preparation and facilitation
Perform and/or assist with personal care, such as bathing, teeth brushing, shaving, dressing, eating, and bathrooming
Light cleaning and housekeeping as needed
Creating and facilitating meaningful community and home-based activities
Working alongside volunteers and external care providers to deliver services as needed
Complete daily documentation on resident care and
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age due to driving requirements
Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
Diverse experience across industries welcome
Works in full compliance with all of Bross Street policies, procedures, and protocols
Able to perform the physical demands of the position
Must be vaccinated for Covid-19
