Position Overview

We are seeking professional and reliable OTR CDL Class A or C Team Drivers to join our transportation team. This role involves long-haul trucking, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods across various locations. As a team driver, you will work alongside a partner to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance with federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Transport freight safely over long distances while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.

Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.

Follow DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

Assist in loading and unloading when necessary.

Ensure vehicle maintenance by reporting mechanical issues and scheduling repairs.

Plan efficient routes using GPS and mapping tools to optimize delivery times.

Requirements

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class A or C license with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 1 year of OTR driving experience (preferred).

Doubles and triples endorsements (preferred for certain routes).

Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate driving shifts effectively.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and road safety protocols.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to lift cargo and perform minor vehicle maintenance if needed.
