The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing UniDrive® Conveyor Technologies Products team! This is a high-impact, remote role with flexible work hours—ideal for a results-driven, technically minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
While this position offers the benefit of remote work, the candidate must be able to travel as needed to our Milwaukee headquarters, attend industry trade shows, and visit customer sites. Regular travel (approximately 25–30%) is expected to support key business initiatives and relationship-building efforts.
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage new prospects through research, networking, and outreach
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Representing our products at trade shows and industry events
Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot, etc.)
What You Bring
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
3+ years of technical sales experience (manufacturing, EMS, or material handling preferred)
Strong mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for business needs
This position requires work-related travel. Must have the ability to meet transportation needs for business purposes. A valid driver’s license, passport (if required), and the ability to rent a car are required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
