Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and skilled Factory Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials for our hurricane protection products.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure and cut materials accurately according to specifications.
Operate various manufacturing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble components for hurricane shutters, windows, doors, and sunrooms.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred.
Strong measuring and cutting skills; familiarity with hand tools and machinery is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
