We are looking for 2 experienced field engineers / low voltage technicians with 2+ years of experience in access control and structured cabling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform installation of access control systems, PDK or equivalent.

Perform installations of indoor and outdoor network cabling.

Terminate CAT5e / CAT6 patch panels.

Perform installations of video surveillance cameras & recorders.

Customize DVR / NVR recording and network settings.

Provide basic DVR / NVR training for customers.

Communicate professionally with customers regarding details of the project.

Perform network and video surveillance site surveys.

Climb ladders, operate a scissor lift and lift 50 lbs of weight.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Knowledge of installation of structured network cabling.

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Must have your own drills, wrenches, saws, wire cutters/scissors, crimping tools and ladders.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues; quickly learn and adapt to new concepts.

Must be able to work safely in a field environment.

Must be able to climb a ladder and work in an elevated position.

Must be able to lift and carry heavy or awkward objects safely.

Customer-oriented positive attitude is a must.
