Bilingual Customer Service Representative – 1st Shift

Join a growing company in the design and product space, providing outstanding customer service and support to a network of dealers, contractors, and designers. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Duties:

Maintain strong working relationships with dealers, contractors, and design professionals.

Process customer orders, payments, and handle returns and replacements with accuracy.

Assist clients in selecting products and interpreting layouts to ensure satisfaction.

Organize and maintain customer files, gather feedback, and escalate concerns as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience with order entry and CRM systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type quickly and accurately

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

Bilingual in Spanish
