Junior Accountant

IIK Finance Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records, lead month-end closing processes, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in accounting standards, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Oversee tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.

Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Audit, Finance, Management) on financial strategies.

Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Utilize ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) for efficient financial management.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA certification preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in finance, auditing, or corporate accounting.
