Job Description

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

NJ Based owner/manager/developer of real estate across the country is seeking a staff accountant for its Essex County office.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A/R, A/P and G/L analysis

Bank reconciliations

Payroll analysis

Income and Expense analysis

Mortgage analysis

Assist with monthly and year-end closings

Supporting other team members as needed

Qualifications:

BS in Accounting (Staff Accountant)

Minimum 2 years experience

Clear communication skills

Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Quickbooks

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Excellent attention to detail a must
