We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Bellmore, New York. This role will primarily revolve around providing technical support for various devices and systems, within a diverse technological environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance for desktop and laptop devices, ensuring efficient operation
• Handle networking issues, utilizing knowledge of Cisco and Sonicwall technologies
• Manage support for an array of printers and scanners, including but not limited to Zebra printers
• Resolve issues related to both Windows and Mac operating systems
• Employ skills in Android Development and Citrix Technologies to enhance system functionality
• Use Microsoft Active Directory for network management tasks
• Support Apple devices, ensuring they integrate smoothly with other systems
• Carry out tasks related to Computer Hardware and Configuration Management
• Oversee deployments, ensuring systems and devices are set up correctly and efficiently.• Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is essential.
• Experience with Citrix Technologies is a must.
• Knowledge of Mac Computers is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and software.
• Experience with Active Directory is required.
• Ability to handle and troubleshoot Apple Devices.
• Understanding of Computer Hardware is needed.
• Expertise in Configuration Management is preferred.
• Experience in Deployments is highly desirable.
