User Experience (UX) Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will focus on improving the user experience and user interface of our client's website, addressing key pain points and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of high-traffic pages.

About the Project

The website operates on a CMS platform that faces several challenges that hinder user engagement and conversions. The scope of this project includes redesigning specific pages to improve usability and conversions, such as:

Micro Pages

Home Page

Supplier Pages

Industry Pages

This project may involve creating new templates or redesigning individual pages based on user behavior and strategic goals. Particular focus will be placed on optimizing conversion pathways, ensuring that users can easily navigate the site and perform key actions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and user pain points.

Conduct user research and apply UX/UI principles to redesign pages.

Create designs that enhance navigation, accessibility, and functionality.

Develop solutions for specific user pathways, such as membership conversion flows.

Deliver designs that align with brand standards and CMS capabilities.

Employ a data-driven approach and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially Typeo3, is a plus.

Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring designs meet user needs and business goals.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams.

Knowledge of conversion optimization and responsive web design principles.
