We are looking for an Executive Chef for an intimate, farm-to-table restaurant.

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE WORKING AND LIVING IN WALLA WALLA, WA

Executive Working Chef Qualifications:

Highly creative! Must change the menu weekly!

Hard-working! Small restaurant, the chef does ALL the cooking and execution

Wine knowledge and pairing knowledge are a must, especially about Washington AVAs

5+ years of fine-dining chef leadership experience, at least three years as Executive Chef

At least two years working in a small, independent, farm-to-table restaurant

At least one year working in a non-city, remote location preferred

Knowledge and comfort with scratch Pastry, including bread, composed desserts, ice creams/sorbets, truffles, and chocolates

High level of financial acumen and strong computer skills

Executive Working Chef Responsibilities:

Create a menu weekly using local products and seasonally available ingredients

Source and purchase all food and manage food costs as a business professional

Prep and execute all food

Communicate effectively with the FOH team, explain food and offerings

Be a respected and valued contributor to the growth of the business

Executive Working Chef Benefits:

Excellent pay and bonus structure: base pay of 70K - 80k with profit sharing

Total compensation could be $100k-$110k
