Responsibilities
• Efficiently manage and resolve client inquiries, maintaining a client-first approach at all times
• Prioritize tasks in a high-speed environment, ensuring tickets are addressed promptly and not left unresolved for long periods
• Provide top-notch support to our office, which is part of a global network
• Integrate new users into the Active Directory and assist in setting up their accounts
• Use Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and other platforms to deliver comprehensive support
• Apply your Salesforce CRM, SAP, and Concur skills to enhance our systems, including addressing issues with poorly implemented systems
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach and have =+ years of experience, with a focus on delivering excellent service to top-level executives.• Proficiency in using Active Directory for network management
• Ability to use Google Suite for collaborative work
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 for document creation and management
• Experience in using Concur for travel and expense management
• Knowledge of SAP for enterprise resource planning
• Familiarity with Salesforce Platform for customer relationship management
