️ What You'll Do:

Assist with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach

Schedule interviews and support with interview prep

Help maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database

Collaborate on recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies

Learn the behind-the-scenes of agency recruiting from intake to offer

What Were Looking For:

Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting

Strong organizational and communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating emails, spreadsheets, and calendars

Self-motivated and eager to learn (no prior experience required!)

Must be available to work part-time with a flexible schedule
