The Store Manager is a key figure in ensuring the overall success and efficiency of the store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or jewellery sales, or have worked in a shop-in-charge position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Manage inventory, oversee stock replenishment, and minimize product loss or shrinkage.

• Collaborate with departments like marketing and accounts for store-related initiatives.

• Generate sales reports and support the development of strategies to boost sales and store performance.

• Handle customer complaints or escalations promptly and effectively.

• Ensure the store adheres to all company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or jewellery sales, or as a shop-in-charge, is essential.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are a must.
