Wealth Advisor IV

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Downtown onsite)

Pay: $125K - $165K base + Commission & Bonus (Compensation can vary depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with clients with a $1M+ net worth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, key influencers, and your network to generate leads and grow client portfolios.

Collect detailed financial and personal information to craft tailored financial strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.

Customize and implement FFB's asset allocation strategies based on clients’ specific needs.

Work with the FFB Investment Committee to meet the unique requirements of client portfolios.

Conduct annual reviews to update clients on their portfolio performance and adjust financial plans as needed.

Leverage financial planning to enhance client loyalty and attract new clients.

Advocate for your clients in discussions with the FFB Investment Committee, offering expert strategic advice.

Ensure compliance by completing regulatory reviews for all assigned accounts.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in investment and/or portfolio management, with a focus on complex investment needs and financial planning.

Proven track record in managing client relationships.

Strong expertise in investment solutions, risk management, asset allocation, and program development.

Experience with financial planning software.

Preferred Qualifications:

A background in business development is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain investment and financial planning options.

Banking or financial services experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

CFA/CFP certification is strongly recommended.

Dedication to continuous professional growth and staying informed on industry standards and regulations.
