Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: onsite in Chicago, IL

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. In this fully onsite role, you'll play a key part in building a strong, reliable workforce by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including production, warehouse, and administrative positions.

What You’ll Do:

Own the full-cycle recruiting process: post jobs, source talent, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align on recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.

Host and attend job fairs, hiring events, and local outreach efforts.

Partner with local workforce agencies and staffing firms to support hiring goals.

Maintain accurate hiring documentation and report on recruitment KPIs.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and safety protocols.

Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

What You Bring:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required

1–3 years of recruitment experience; manufacturing or high-volume hiring preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices

Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office

Personable, team-oriented, and detail-driven

Must be able to work onsite full-time
