JOB SUMMARY:
A Lead Consultant at Argano is an experienced professional in the consulting family who provides expert advice and analysis in their field of proficiency. They lead activities related to their field of proficiency with clients and lead project management responsibilities related to their field of proficiency. They are responsible for delivering quality work independently on mid-size to large client projects and leading the activities of other consultants on project. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology and information systems. They are mentors to other consultants and lead the activities of consultants in complicated workstreams to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction. They model excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud (B2B) solutions for our clients
Oracle Service Cloud Lead is responsible for all aspects of the delivery from requirements gathering to delivery of the project
Configure and implement Oracle Service cloud subject areas such as Service Center, Case Management, Help Desk, Digital Customer Service and Knowledge
Be recognized as Techno/Functional expert in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and interdependent Oracle CX Applications, including but not limited to Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud and more.
Perform hands-on functional and technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks.
Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology.
Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. Identify and document technical gaps.
Liaise between technical, functional, business and system integrator teams.
Conduct solution architecture reviews to Guide technical team to deliver high quality solutions.
Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams and Manage task assignments within the teams. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
Collaborate with large clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios.
Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards.
Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose mitigation strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization.
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.) expected.
EXPERIENCE:
8 to 10 years of consulting or industry experience.
4+ years in leading Oracle Service Cloud or Oracle Fusion Service Cloud (B2B) in a project setting, integrating with other Oracle CX and SCM modules.
Hands-on expertise in configuration of Oracle Service Cloud subject areas such as Service Center and one or more areas of Hep Desk, Case management, and Digital Customer Service
Hand-on expertise in functional and technical Service Cloud configuration areas such as Service Requests, Work Orders, Queue, Omnichannel, Assignment Rules, etc.
Experience in integration of Oracle Service Cloud with one more Maintenance Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Order Management modules etc.
Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
In-depth knowledge of the technologies and relevant systems.
Leading and managing different projects
Up to date understanding of latest releases and functionality for Oracle Sales Cloud
Preferred experience in implementing Redwood UI
Preferred experience of Application Composer concepts and extending Service Cloud screens
Preferred experience of Customer Structure in Oracle Fusion Applications and OTBI report and analytics

Strategic Vision: Senior Consultants should contribute to the firm's strategic vision and decision-making.
Executive Presence: The ability to interact effectively with senior client executives is important.
