Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure the quality control processes and standards are maintained, thereby improving overall production efficiency and reducing waste.

Interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications to guarantee product quality and compliance. This involves detailed analysis and application of industry standards to ensure our products meet all required parameters.

Lead, mentor, and manage the QC team and Inspectors towards achieving operational excellence. You will be tasked with fostering a collaborative and motivating environment to drive team performance and satisfaction. Required Skills:

Mechanical Drawings Interpretation: Ability to understand and implement details from mechanical drawings and technical specifications is crucial for maintaining product standards. This skill ensures adherence to design and operational criteria, sustaining the high quality of products.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills are essential for managing the QC team effectively and fostering a proactive work environment. Your ability to guide, inspire, and develop your team is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality control.

Industry Experience: Previous experience in the metals industry is beneficial, bringing valuable insights and understanding of specific quality control requirements unique to this sector.
