Job Description

The Project Manager will:

Direct and oversee construction projects from pre construction to completion

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Meet contractual conditions of performance

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Review the work progress on daily basis

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Proven experience in project management

Experience running projects $10M +

Ground up experience

Expereince in healthcare, commercial, education projects

Client Facing

Scheduling experience

Competent in conflict and crisis management
