Ginny's Neighborhood Pizza Joint is looking for someone to oversee operations in the front of house. This position will have multiple duties during the days and evenings.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage takeout counter transactions and expediting takeout orders

Seat guests during periods where no host/hostess is present

Direct and assist support staff in bussing tables, running food, and seating guests

Cashing out servers and bartenders, and run shift reviews

Collecting and dispersing tip outsSecondary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create a welcoming environment for our guests

Enhance performance of service staff, enabling outstanding customer experiences

Provide training and evaluate performance of support positions

Coordinate scheduling with management team

Help to build standards and proceduresThis is a position that requires significant experience in customer service, ideally in a restaurant environment. 3-5 years of front of house experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant is required. You should know how to serve, bus, bartend, run food, and expedite orders. This position will be full time, and have both daylight, nights, and weekends. Experience with Toast POS, and Toast Tables is a bonus.
