We are seeking a full-time functional medicine Nurse Practitioner to work in our practice. The ideal candidate will have hormone replacement therapy experience. This is an 100% outpatient position with office hours between 10am to 5pm. Worklife balance is important in this practice. Must have functional medicine or concierge experience.

Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits

Salary - 110K - 150K negotiable based on experience

Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse events; planning; and implementation.

Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure safe; effective and efficient patient care delivery; and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Continuously monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Provides leadership in the practice location.

Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.

Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Requirements

Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner

DEA License

State of Florida License Requirements

Experience with Functional Medicine or HRT
